Purpose

To support the Board of Directors in developing strategies, programs, initiatives, and partnerships that promote the growth and sustainability of HHANWLA during the 2026-2027 term.

Responsibilities

• Participate in annual planning activities.

• Propose new programs and projects that benefit the community.

• Identify collaboration opportunities with local organizations.

• Assess the needs and priorities of the Hispanic community.

• Assist in establishing organizational goals and objectives.

• Contribute to strengthening HHANWLA’s mission and vision.
   

Ideal Candidate

• Community leaders, business owners, professionals, and individuals interested in community development.

• Strategic thinkers with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.

• Commitment to the growth and success of the Hispanic community.

• Willingness to collaborate with other leaders and organizations.
   

Time Commitment

• Four strategic meetings per year.

• Occasional participation in special projects or working groups.
